Heart and Hand operates programs at multiple locations in three communities throughout Barbour County, West Virginia.  Our main office is located in Philippi.  We also operate two thrift stores:  one in Belington and one in Philippi.  Our Community Center in Junior is used to house summer work teams, our Christmas Toy Store, and other community events.
