New Home Construction Information

Applications accepted beginning October 1, 2010

Applicants must:

• Have current need for adequate housing
• Own and have a deed to their land
• Have access to water, sewer, and electric
• Demonstrate ability to pay a reduced mortgage,
  insurance, and property tax
• Live in Barbour County
• Meet the following income guidelines –

Selection will favor small two bedroom homes, with a possible three bedroom maximum.

Applicant may be required to pay processing fees for a title search and credit history.
