Applicants must:
- Have an urgent need for repairs to maintain safe and livable housing.
Unnecessary “remodeling” is beyond our limited resources. - Live in Barbour County
- Own their home or have long-term rights (no rentals)
- Pay a $20 Commitment Fee two weeks before the work is scheduled to begin
- Participate with the work teams in any way possible
- Meet the following income guidelines –
