Thrift Stores

Anyone who loves a deal will love shopping at the Heart and Hand Thrift Stores. Our stores in Belington and Philippi offer an intriguing selection of glassware, appliances, furniture, toys, clothing, antiques, collectibles and anything in between. Hours of operation are currently Monday-Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Both stores have a great selection of low-cost necessities for the community. All items are donated and the proceeds help fund the emergency programs of Heart and Hand.
